Welcome to the Teen Ministry of the Athens Church of Christ!

We are a spiritual, determined, encouraging, fun family called The Athens Teen Ministry (ATM) existing to evangelize and make disciples, welcome people in, grow and learn, and make our parents wish they were us.

In a way that

  • Glorifies God
  • Makes others feel loved and welcomed
  • Serves
  • Shows we are steadfast in our convictions
  • Is fun
  • Helps each other
  • Shares the good news
  • Makes us step out of our comfort zone
  • Inspires people

So that we can be like Jesus, have good relationships, baptize friends, and be unified.

JamCamp Jamaica July 2010

In 2010 we:

  • Made spotlight videos for a conference seen by over 2,200 people.
  • Attended a Mother Daughter Retreat at The Swamp (one of our favorite places)
  • Went to summer camp at The Swamp (did we tell you it’s one of our favorite places?)
  • Traveled to Jamaica to help put on The Swamp for 77 Jamaican Teens (pictured above)
  • Attended a Teen Retreat with 150 other teens from around the southeast
